I am running a new course in the new year. This 6 week course is for those students that have completed either of the 2 beginners courses or have some experience of Ashtanga Yoga. The aim of the course will be to deepen your understanding of the physical aspect but also take a look at the philosophy that underpins the Ashtanga Yoga system. We will work through half of the primary series, including the finishing sequence.
This course will also suit those who used to come along to the Tuesday eve Ashtanga led class.
