Ashtanga Yoga class led by Digby who will guide you through the class giving individual help and adjustments when required. The class is open to all levels, complete beginner’s are welcome to try it. The class includes sun salutations, standing poses, the first half of the seated poses of primary series, and finishing poses. We encourage everyone to work at their own pace within the group setting and take rest when needed.
Booking is essential as classes will be limited to 12 people. If possible take a Covid test before coming to class and if positive or showing symptoms please do not attend and email me asap so I can give your space to someone else.
