Description
This class is for those with some experience of Ashtanga self practice. The class will be limited to 6 people due to Covid 2m restrictions. With the limited numbers I will have more time to focus and support peoples practice.
The payment is for 2 classes both classes need to booked prior to class there will be no drop in available. The classes will run on Thursday 24th and the following Thursday 1st October both classes begin at 5pm and close at 6.30pm.
Please arrive at 4.45pm to be ready to begin class at 5pm. You will need to bring your own mats and blocks as there will be none at the studio to borrow. If you have any Covid symptoms please do not come to class and notify me by email that you won’t be attending.
