This class is for those with some experience of Ashtanga “Mysore style” self practice, open to all levels of practitioner. Although there are no legal requirements to social distancing I will be limiting classes to 12 people. With the limited numbers I will have more time to focus and support peoples practice.

Please arrive at 7am to begin class. You will need to bring your own mats and blocks as there will be none at the studio to borrow. If possible test for Covid before attending classes and you have any Covid symptoms please do not come to class and notify me by email that you won’t be attending as soon as possible as I may be able to let someone else have you space.
