New class schedule




 
 I hope you’re having a good summer! I’m writing this from Crete, it’s not a bad view from the office! We had flights postponed from pre lockdown so decided to risk the traffic light system turning to red and have a break from all the building work! 
So unless we have to isolate on our return I intend to start running classes in the Stonemonkey studio from Friday September 10th. It’s strange, but it feels like I’m starting out teaching for the first time!
As I have no idea how you feel about coming back in the room to practice  (it’s been so long since I last taught a non virtual class!) I’m going to start with a few classes and depending on the response will add more when needed. 

Classes back in the Stonemonkey studio from Friday 10th September. 
Tuesday – 5.00 – 7.00pm – ‘Mysore’ Assisted self practice

Tuesday – 7.15 – 8.30pm  – Ashtanga beginners course

Friday – 9.30 – 11.00am – Ashtanga Yoga led class

Saturday – 7.00 – 9.00am – ‘Mysore’ Assisted self practice
Saturday – 9.30 – 11.00am – Ashtanga Yoga led class

All classes & courses will need to be pre-booked via the website so I’m afraid no drop in option for the foreseeable future. I’m also experimenting with monthly block bookings, so September will be a 3 week block booking for the class you wish to attend. I’ll see how this works over the next few months and make changes if needed. 
Although there are no legal restrictions on the amount of people in the room now, I will feel more comfortable keeping numbers in class to a maximum of 10. 
 

There will be an Ashtanga 
beginners course  starting on September 14th. If your looking to develop a Yoga practice this is a great place to start.You will be introduced to the techniques & method go Ashtanga Yoga, giving you a solid foundation on which develop a yoga practice that can serve you for years to come! The group will be limited to 10.


 I’ve also added a new early morning Mysore class for Saturdays starting at 7am. The class will be open to all levels and for those new to the self practice method don’y worry I will be there to guide you! So if getting up early’s your thing – book your place on the website.
Some people have been asking whether I will be continuing with 
online classes, I am more than happy to offer this as an option maybe once a week if there’s enough interest, so let me know if this is something you’d like to see.

I’m looking forward to getting back in the room, I’ve had my jabs and will be regularly testing before classes, maintaining Covid cleaning throughout the building and keeping the studio well ventilated!
I hope this will make you feel comfortable to come and share this wonderful practice of yoga with me, whether you’re a returning practitioner or coming along for the first time I look forward to welcoming you!
